It is being told that the society and administration are being misled by the formation of Sagar Sindhi District Mahapanchayat by some people recently.

In connection with this dispute, the revered Panchayat Sindhi Samaj informs everyone that the new committee formed under the chairmanship of Kamal Hinduja, the Sagar Sindhi District Mahapanchayat, is illegal and highly condemnable. Which has also been denied by Shri Pujya Sindhi Panchayat Bina and Sindhi Samaj Committee of Khurai.

According to Bhism Rajput- the president of Pujya Panchayat Sindhi Samaj Sagar-, Kamal Hinduja (Harsh Grocery) who has been made the president of Sagar Sindhi Panchayat has come from outside himself. Some people of society want to break society.

After the controversy came out of the walls, the president of Pujya Panchayat Sindhi Samaj Sagar told reporters that according to the bylaws of Pujya Panchayat Sindhi Samaj Sagar, it is clearly written that the president will be from the Santkavar ward. No outsider can be the president.

He said that due to the global pandemic of corona last year, his tenure was extended by the society for six months. Under which the process of elections will be made in the month of September. An election committee will be formed.

The society elects the chairman and the chairman nominates 21 members of the committee. Till last years, elections were conducted on the basis of ration card, from this year women are also being given the right to vote in elections. Sindhi Pujya Panchayat is paramount in society.

Apart from the above two panchayats, the Sindhi Samaj, the venerable Panchayat of Sagar, has neither given any verbal assurance nor any letter of any kind to form a committee of Sagar Sindhi District Mahapanchayat.

It has been decided in the meeting of Pujya Panchayat Sindhi Samaj Sagar, that the fake district opposes the Mahapanchayat and passes the order for dissolution. The panchayat said that strict and strict legal action can be taken against those indulging in anti-social activities by expelling them from the panchayat. Secretary Sachin Sangatani and member Suresh Panjwani etc. were present at the press conference.
