Sagar Watch/ A 10-day meditation camp is being organized by Vipassana Trust Sagar from 22 December 2023 to 2 January 2024. This camp is a completely free residential camp.
Abhinesh Aggarwal, trustee of Vipassana Trust Sagar, said that the 14th meditation camp is being organized by the trust, in which the seekers have to remain completely silent at the camp site for 10 days. Free food and lodging arrangements are provided to the seekers in the camp.
Vipassana meditation practice is the oldest meditation method of India. This method provides relief from mental disorders, real peace of mind, relief from mental stress, etc.
Aggarwal told that a 10-day Vipassana meditation camp will be organized by Vipassana Trust Sagar in a private college located in village Badtuma Makronia Sagar.
The last date to participate in this camp is till 21st December 2023.It is mandatory to fill the online registration form on the website of Vipassana Trust Sagar or submit the offline form.
