Sagar Watch/ Mayor Sangeeta Sushil Tiwari on Friday launched a free "Atmanirbhar sewing training center" in Gurugovind Singh Ward. On this occasion, Mayor Tiwari said that this training center will prove to be a milestone in realizing the dreams of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the empowerment of women.

Provides Warm Clothes to Old Age Homes

Local MLA Shailendra Jain's wife Anushree Jain went to the old age home and provided food to the elderly and distributed warm clothes to protect against the cold. 

On this occasion, Mrs. Jain said that the people of the old age home are their family and they feel joy by spending time with them. 

She said that all the problems of the old age home will be resolved. Pratibha Chaubey, Chairman of Antyodaya Committee, Chandrashekhar Ward Councilor Megha Dubey was present on the occasion.

Mayor Launches Sewing Training Center

 Survey on Tomato Blight Disease

Collector in -charge Chandrashekhar Shukla has instructed to submit the investigation report by conducting a survey for adverse effects on tomato crop from Tomato Blight disease. A committee has been constituted in this regard under the chairmanship of Deputy Director Agriculture.

In the committee, BL Malaviya Deputy Director Agriculture, DP Chakravarti Superintendent Land Records, K.S. Yadav Coordination Agricultural Science Center, Dr. Ashish Tripathi Coordination Agricultural Science Center 2, R.K. D. Choubey Director Horticulture and the concerned Tehsildar are included.

  The Collector has directed that this investigation will submit the investigation report sameday by conducting a survey in the entire district regarding the damage caused by Tomato Blight disease due to the mavatha in the tomato crop.

Licensed Wepon should be Returned

Under the Model Code of Conduct of Assembly Election 2023, all licensed persons were ordered to be deposited in their arms related police stations.

In that order issued by Collector and District Election Officer Deepak Arya, it was clearly mentioned that immediately after the announcement of the results of the Assembly Election 2023, the seized weapons should be refunded without waiting for any order.Give proper receipt to the scriptures depositing the weapons and on submission of the receipt, their weapons should be returned.
