Sagar Watch/ Now the attendance of teachers in schools in the division will be monitored through WhatsApp. In order to ensure regular and timely attendance of teachers in view of the preparations for the upcoming examinations.
It has been decided to take attendance on WhatsApp on the lines of Tikamgarh.If teachers are found absent, their salaries will be deducted. All districts have been asked to use this process.
These instructions were given by Divisional Commissioner Dr. Virendra Singh Rawat in the review meeting of the activities of the School Education Department of Sagar Division.
He said that care should also be taken to ensure that the quality of uniform clothes given to students in schools is better. While reviewing the book and cycle distribution, he said that these works should be given priority. Books should be delivered to students on time.
The work of mapping, profile updation and scholarship acceptance of students enrolled from classes 1 to 12 should be compulsorily completed by January 2024. In the session 2023-24, complete the child and teacher profile updation work on UDISE portal on priority by 31st December.
Dr. Virendra Singh Rawat, in the "Discussion Program with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Examination", discussed the registration of students, principals, parents and teachers in the districts for the selection competition, the progress of CM Rise schools under construction in the districts, and the upcoming February-March.Also Reviewed the preparations for the examinations to be held in.
It was told in the meeting that in the current academic session, 100 percent books have been distributed to the children of all classes in the districts of the division. Uniforms are being prepared by the Livelihood Mission for 9 lakh 776 eligible students in 10,209 government schools of the division.
During the year 2022-23, uniforms have been distributed to 98.8 percent students from classes one to eight. In the current year, free cycles have been distributed to 85.01 percent students up to class 6th. Whereas cycles have been distributed to 84.18 percent children of class 9th.
Similarly, this year, scooters have been distributed to all 861 topper students of Higher Secondary in the division. The amount for laptops has been distributed to 10,382 meritorious students.
A total of 37 CM Rise schools are running in the districts of the division. Of these, a remarkable number of 42,965 students have been registered.
The work of 9 out of 11 CM Rise Schools is in progress in Sagar.
- Bina and Garhakota are at tender stage.
- The work of all 8 schools of Chhatarpur is in progress.
- 4 out of 6 works are in progress in Damoh district.
- The construction work of all the 6 CM Rise schools of Panna district is in progress.
- Construction work of 3 out of 4 CM Rise Schools in Tikamgarh district is going on.
- Two CM Rise schools will be built in Niwari district, the work of which is in progress.
