Sagar Watch/ Senior Yogacharya Pandit Vishnu Arya said that the energy of the body is awakened by Surya Namaskar and when the energy of the body is awakened then the person remains healthy. Surya Namaskar also awakens the intellect, wisdom and values. 

Yogacharya shri Arya expressed this idea in his address during the Surya Namaskar program organized at the police training ground of the city on the birthday of Swami Vivekananda. The Minister of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, MLA Sagar, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Collector, Superintendent of Police, Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Chief of District Panchayat were present in the program. Executive Officer, Joint Director Public Teacher, District Education Officer, District Sports Officer and other officers, public representatives and a large number of students were present.

In the programme, more than 5000 girl students from schools of Sagar city performed Surya Namaskar together.
