Sagar Watch News/ According to the decision of the Hon'ble High Court, bus operations will begin at both the newly constructed bus stands in the city.
The District Collector informed that proper arrangements for bus operators and passengers have been ensured here and a committee has been formed to fulfill all the requirements that arise with the start of operations in time.
The committee will continuously monitor both the bus stands and work according to the operators and passengers as required.
He informed that as per the demand of the citizens, apart from the construction of the concrete structure of the new bus stand premises, the work of preparing the concrete floor on the remaining area has also been started soon.
This will provide more parking space. With the start of bus operations from here, a major improvement will be seen in the traffic of Sagar city.
Superintendent of Police Abhishek Tiwari said that complete security arrangements will be made at both the bus stands and a police station has also been built here to ensure the safety of everyone including the passengers. Police force teams will also be deployed 24 hours a day at both the bus stands.
He said that both the bus stands will also be monitored 24 hours a day through CCTV cameras.
