Union Minister of State for Tourism and Culture Prahlad Patel said that that monuments like Taj Mahal which are in Red Zone will be opened for tourists with the consent of the state governments. The state government can open them as and when required. However, tourist places, memorial, temples have been opened all over the country from 6 July 2020 onwards. But after ensuring the strict implementation of social distance rules.
 
Earlier in the first phase, 821 monuments, temple churches etc. were opened. Govt aim is to open up maximum tourist areas so that the guides and other related peoples get jobs and business, said Minister Patel.


Union Minister Prhalad Patel inspected the historic Rahatgarh Fort in Sagar district and gave a gift of Rs. 3 crore 91 lakh for its augmentation. Union Minister Shri Patel told the media that the historical heritage of Bundelkhand has a glorious history of its own. They are Made quite beautiful. But their maintenance could not be done as needed. Construction of the fort fortification and road construction will begin. Along with this, the Eran and Garhpahra areas will also be developed after inspection.


On the occasion of the fort tour, in addition to Food Minister Govind Rajput and MP Raj Bahadur Singh, District President Sirothia, Sudhir Yadav, Dr Virendra Pathak, Laxman Singh, Ritesh Mishra, Pradeep Rajoria, Vinod Oswal, Nitin Soni, etc. were present.
