SagarWatch@ The Seva Dal is the backbone of the Congress party, if the Seva Dal is strong, then the Congress will also emerge strongly. This was stated by Dr Dilip Shukla, supervisor of the Seva Dal of the Congress during the address to the workers at the joint meeting of the Seva Dal organized City Congress Office at Teenbatti.
