Alumini meet,Dr Gour,Central University
Chief Guest Dr Virendra Kumar said that this event is a confluence of alumni students and members. He reminisced about his teachers and learnings from the university and said that the students of the university are established in various fields.
Dr Gour's life's mission of imparting education continues without break. He said that Dr Gour has gone after planting a tree, which is spreading its shadow everywhere like a banyan tree. We should learn from them how we can try to repay their debt by giving something to society.
President of the alumni Association Prof. KS Pitre, while giving the welcome speech, said that this effort of such a meeting would be made on a wider scale next year. For this, he underlined the need to increase the number of alumni.
Association secretary Prof. GL Puntambekar said that contacts and relations grow through the meat. People from different positions and fields are present together as alumni in equal measure.
In the presidential speech, Vice Chancellor Prof. Neelima Gupta welcomed all the alumni and said that this university has completed 75 years. The number of alumni of the university is also increasing rapidly. The University is proud of all its Alumni.
He said that it is because of the dream of Dr Gour that we all have got the privilege of being alumni today.
Special guest Sushil Tiwari said that listening to the inspirational stories of Dr Gour, we have studied here. Expression, education, dignity, culture and discipline in their life, whatever they are performing today in their work, whatever they have learned, is the gift of the university. All of us university students are emotionally connected to the university even today.
University alumnus and Urban Development Minister Dr Bhupendra Singh reached the event and met the alumni of the university and refreshed the memories of his student life.
Special guest Mr Govind Singh Rajput said that this program of turning the pages of pride and past is the first attempt to meet the alumni.
Special guest Mr Tarwar Singh Lodhi said that he has done a private BA from this university. He said that he requested all the alumni located in the country and abroad to come forward to get Bharat Ratna to Dr Gour.
