News In Short-20 Feb 2023-Sagar MLA realised that  Drain Construction was substandard

 Bhumi Pujan of old NH 26, from Bamhori Tigdada to Siroja Bhainsa hill to Garhpaha four line Tigdada costing Rs 32 crore 37 lacs and community building costing Rs 50 lakh will be done on February 21 at 2 pm.

The Bhumi Pujan program will be organized on Jhansi Road below the Siddha Kshetra Garhpaha Dham temple. The program will be held in the presence of the Chief Guest, Public Works Minister, MP and MLA.

MLA took cognizance of the complaint

Sagar MLA, on receiving a complaint regarding the substandard construction of the main drain being constructed by Smart City in Bhagwanganj, Motinagar, Tulsi Nagar Ward, inspected with Commissioner Municipal Corporation Chandrashekhar Shukla, MIC members.

It is worth mentioning that taking cognizance of the information found by a MIC member about defects in the construction of the drain, Sagar MLA inspected the work after reaching the construction site after the completion of the development tour.

After inspection, the MLA agreed that the construction of the drain is substandard and has technical flaws. He instructed the concerned officers to repair the drain.

Bee-Keeping Seminar Will Start From 21st Feb

The role of bees is special among the friend insects of the farmer because the main work of pollination is done by the bee in crop production, due to which an increase in crop yield from 30 to 70 per cent has been seen.

Additional income can be increased by producing honey, therefore, under the Integrated Horticulture Mission Scheme in Sagar district, a seminar has been organized on February 21 and 22 at Farmers Training Center, Government Santi Udyan, Sagar. The program will be inaugurated by the chief guest collector.

In the workshop, Senior Scientist Manoj Ahirwar, Krishi Vigyan Kendra Damoh and Scientist B.L. Sahu, Krishi Vigyan Kendra will provide training on beekeeping, such as bee boxes, bee hives, queen bees, honey production and processing, as well as information related to high-tech horticulture farming, organic farming and food processing in the workshop. Will be provided.
