Sagar Watch/ There should be a stress free environment in offices. The basic mantra for employees and executives to provide good service to customers is to serve customers with a smile.

These views were expressed by Chandrashekhar Sharma during his speech on Monday on the occasion of assuming charge as the new Chief General Manager of Bhopal Division of State Bank of India.

According to Anil Choubey, Media Officer of State Bank of India, Mr. Sharma started his journey in State Bank of India in 1994 as a probationary officer. During his 29 years of service, he gained wide experience in various branches of SBI, as well as in the areas of international banking, commercial lending and operations in SBI's overseas subsidiaries.

Earlier, he was serving as Chief General Manager of Bhubaneswar Division. He made his successful contribution as the Chief Operating Officer of the Kowloon branch in Hong Kong.

Addressing the entire staff in the conference hall located at the local head office on the occasion of his assuming office and the New Year, Mr. Sharma wished everyone a happy New Year and appealed for everyone's healthy life, dedication to the bank and dedication to work. .

In this program, other speakers also addressed everyone and extended best wishes for the New Year and expressed full confidence that SBI Bhopal Division will touch new heights and set new records under the leadership of Shri Sharma.

The speakers included Kundan Jyoti, General Manager of State Bank of India, Ajitav Parashar, Neeraj Prasad along with Deepak Kumar Jha, Deputy General Manager and Divisional Development Officer. He urged all the staff members present to take a pledge for excellent customer service.
