Veerangna Nari Shakti T-20 Cup- Goup B Opening Matchs Won By Delhi And Arunachal Pradesh

Sagar Watch/ In the Veerangana Nari Shakti Cup T-20 National Cricket Tournament, Group B league matches started on the fourth day on Sunday. The first match took place between Veerangana Padmavati Fighters Delhi and Veerangana Lakshmi Bai Warriors Uttar Pradesh.

 In which Delhi won the toss and batted first and scored 100 runs losing 7 wickets. In which Soumya scored 30 runs and Shivangi scored 29 runs. While chasing the target, Uttar Pradesh team could score only 70 runs and lost the match by 30 runs.

The second match took place between Veerangana Rani Kalpana Dutt Fighters West Bengal and Veerangana Rani Gaidinliu Warriors Arunachal Pradesh. In which West Bengal won the toss and elected to bat and scored 93 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. 

While chasing the target, Arunachal Pradesh team achieved the target of 94 runs in just 13 overs and lost only 3 wickets. In which Savanna Khan from Arunachal Pradesh scored 30 runs not out and Aradhana scored 38 runs. Player of the match was Shabana Khan.

Third Day..

Whereas on the third day of the competition, Sagar won in a walk over in the match played between Veerangana Lakshmi Arya Fighters and Veerangana Sahodra Rai Warriors.

The second match took place between Veerangana Rani Kamlapati Fighters Bhopal and Veerangana Rani Durgavati Warriors Rewa. In which Rewa won the toss and batted first and scored 134 runs with 7 wickets. In response to which Bhopal could score only 125 runs and Rewa won the match by 9 runs. Player of the match was Payal. Class A matches were completed on Saturday.
