Sagar Watch/ Vice Chancellor of Dr. Harisingh Gour University, Prof Neelima Gupta says that a central research laboratory in any educational institute in the world is an important unit for all those interested in research. Now, on the lines of foreign countries, central research laboratories are being developed in Indian institutions also.
In which researchers are doing their research work at one place through state-of-the-art analytical and high quality equipments. She was participating in the annual meeting of Vice Chancellors of the Association of Indian Universities, Central Region. This meeting held at Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur on 18-19 January 2024.
Prof. Gupta said that researchers should do research together to solve complex problems. This is a key in which students can enhance research by exchanging ideas.
There have been many great scientists who have worked together to develop medical devices, vaccines, human life saving medicines through innovative research in the field of science. This is possible only when we can develop a collaborative mindset with an open mind to exchange ideas on an academic platform.
Vice-Chancellors of the Central Region along with officials of the Association of Indian Universities and teachers of the University were present in the programme.
